Great breakfast, very well presented and the service first class.

I have not stayed in this hotel but I live in the adjacent Villa and I can say that it is a suggestive property but there is one only antique building with a few rooms at very high prices, the other structures are newly built apartments. Before becoming the Mandarin Hotel, a few years ago, this villa's name was and remains "Rocca Bruna," as it sits on a rock face expertly carved by our ancestors, hence its "shady" nature. I also often notice soapy substances being poured directly into the lake, which leaves me quite perplexed In my opinion, definitively not worth the price.

Personal was great, very welcoming and professional. Enjoyed the spa and the pool a lot. Food was excellent. Our premier suite exceeded our expectations, perfect for a family of 4.
