Easy to get to our fishing charter in Oswego, NY. Easy access to main travel routes to and from location. Close to restaurants.

Entire building was unclean and appeared to not have been cleaned or maintained for a very long time. Our bathroom floor flooded, there was no chair for desk, desk lamp light switch broken and had to go on floor to plug it in to work, bathtub faucet handle fell off, room was supposed to be non-smoking but obviously had smell of cigarette smoke, the ice machine was so dirty it looked like a health hazard, and the air conditioner was very ineffective and was very loud and disturbing, enough it was nearly impossible to sleep.

It was conveniently located near Sterling Renaissance Festival. It also had shopping nearby.

This place could have been great. The room itself was spacious, but it lacks lighting. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The hallways were not clean at all. The handrails were sticky. The worst part was the lack of staff available. There was no one at the desk when I checked in. I rang the bell and someone did come then. However, when I tried to check out at 9:00am Sunday morning, again there was no one at the desk. I rang bell, but no one came. I then called the number left on the sign at front desk, but it rang to the front desk. Having worked as a front desk clerk for 10 years, I found this very unprofessional. The ground out back also missed the mark. So much neglect. There's a pool, but it is not functional. There's a boat dock, but very dangerous and should be blocked from use, but isn't. They have all supplies of a continental breakfast, but don't offer one and when asked about it, I was laughed at.

Tv remote didn’t work. We bought new batteries, still didn’t change the channel. Had to go to Walmart and literally buy a fire stick to be able to watch tv. There was only one roll of TP in the bathroom. Was very hard to get them to give us more, same with towels. There was something on the bathroom floor that u could not clean up. Spiders in both the interior and exterior of the window. Pool was not up. Website said free breakfast.. it was tea and coffee.

Room was updated and clean but rest building was in poor condition. Unpleasant oder in the stairways and hallways. Coffee was in old urn that didn't work properly. Covers didn't fit the tiny coffee cups. Way overpriced.

Property is starting to be improved/renovated, but isn't the best yet. My non-smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes and the room wasn't fully clean (hair in 5-6 spots and crumbs/debris on the carpeted area). They have a great view if you get a waterfront room, but that's the only plus

The tv didn't work called twice they said we'll be right there never came. Could sleep room nexts to me had a dog parking all night could hear there radio or TV when on. Alot of people hanging out at the doors that made ya feel uncomfortable 😕 I asked the front desk for refund said I had to contact Booking.com for that. So please refund me because it was so bad

Hotel was very dirty. Several doors on the second floor were broken and looked like they had been kicked in. Trash outside on the ground around the entrance. Only bright spot was the receptionist, she was courteous, quick and helpful.

The entire building had a very strong smell of smoke and was not clean at all. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel.

Location was close to everything

No cleaning or towel service on the weekends no clocks in the room.
