The fan for the air conditioner was extremely loud. The wall outlets won't hold the weight of a phone charger. When brought to the staff's attention, no resolve.

Easy to get to from main highway

No pool and you had to ask for clean towels and the rooms are not cleaned everyday. They’re done when you check out. Hopefully

When we entered the room at first glance it looked fine until you looked at the floor and saw that it hadn't been swept for a long time. The toilet in the bathroom wasn't wiped down in the front and there was dirt and hair stuck to it. When we opened the drawer on the desk it was full of dirt and change from a previous guest.

the location was the best for getting to the Sterling Renaissance Festival the Mexican restaurant that was in the hotel adequate parking

the breakfast is non-existent, When I went down at 9 am on Saturday there were just 5 sweet rolls, a few cups of yogurt and juice boxes and a handful of paper plate and napkins and no one around that was taking care of restocking.

I just needed a clean, comfortable room for one night at a good price. I didn’t need extra amenities, but the room was well equipped and there is a restaurant on site. The desk clerk was very professional, personable, and recognized that I was tired from a long drive, so he wasted no time and expedited my check in.

Convenient to where we were headed. Didnt like the idea of no breakfast.

My room smelled like cigarettes bad, staff did get me new room. Fly's in new room, dead bugs smooshed in bathroom, no toilet paper holder or kleenex. Phone and remote so gross. Hotel smelled liked a college dorm and dogs.
