Clarion Aparthotel Toulouse Le Parc de l’Escale

I booked this hotel because it showed airport shuttle, but it does not have airport shuttle service. Other then this, the hotel is an excellent stay.

15 Minutes drive to airbus center, you definitely need a car or transportation as nothing is walking distance. Generally it is a 2 or MAX 3 star apartment.

The apart/hotel was disappointing and in need of renovation. The sofa had a large tear in the arm and the dona cover was torn. The beds very uncomfortable. Parking is limited and insufficient for the number of cars using the facility. We were advised of the undercover car park but when we tried to use it there were no lights working and it did not feel safe. No restaurants close by.

Perfect for the airport. No shuttle to the airport; taxi is €22.

This establishment probably provides adequate residential solutions to people who are not likely to remain in the Toulouse area long. It may serve other purposes, but Zenitude is not an "airport" hotel. When my wife and I searched for an airport hotel, it was for our usual reasons, so we could avoid complications the following morning in order to reach our flight in a calm manner. Thus we sought a place on the Orbitz site which was not simply in Toulouse in general but in close proximity to the airport. As a rule, such hotels will offer free shuttle service to the departure gates, so, we made sure this option was checked off on the hotel site. Imagine our upset when we finally located this establishment nowhere near Blagnac airport, but in an industrial area, from which we would leave ourselves subjected to all manner of possible rush-hour difficulties the following morning. Then we were informed at the desk that their idea of "shuttle service" calls for us to arrange for a taxi. In reasonable people's eyes, the hotel has misrepresented itself twice. They do not qualify for the "airport hotel" naming, nor do they provide anything which could be called "shuttle," two clear cases of false advertising. For a third, perhaps less clear case, the term "Zen" reflects absolutely nothing about the place.

Great value for late night check in early morning departure. Room comfortable and the best wifi ive ever had. really important to have good wifi for guests. Breakfast 1☆ wifi 6☆ room 3.5☆.

Well located for overnight stay close to Toulouse Airport. Free parking and very decent restaurant. Good deal for the price.

It was a great stay, though service could have been a bit better.

Good location near airport, clean rooms and a kitchenette with fridge to have cold drinks on hand.

Nice apartment for the price, was certainly a more comfortable place to stay than hotels of a similar price in the area. Room was cleaned every day, a small but welcome selection of English channels on the TV. Fridge freezer section doesn't come with any ice cube trays so might be an idea to bring one with you. The only complaint I would have was I had the burger at the restaurant and it had a great big slice of Chorizo on it where they had just slice a cross section and left the skin on there, which on a chorizo is rather more like shrink wrapping than sausage skin and I had to remove it and reassemble the burger. There isn't a lot in the immediate area, but I was working on that side of the airport so it was expected. There is a LIDL about 10-15 minutes walk away. You would probably want to get a cab into Toulouse for some decent food though. Overall, not bad at all.
