Clarion Aparthotel Toulouse Le Parc de l’Escale

There was considerable building work going on in the main building. Restaurant was closed whenever we needed it. Fitness room was a converted bedroom. My room was in a different building 100m away, a walk across a grassy space. Room was fine once I got there

Large rooms but unfortunately little desk space. Comfortable, clean and the service was great

Excellent hotel. Nice and professional staff, helpful in every way. Would stay again. The only negative was the bed was very hard.

We were disappointed to learn that there is not a shuttle to the airport as that was a key reason for choosing the hotel. So, somehow that information has to be updated on the website.

Very well appointed apartment. Modern and very clean. Good restaurant & very helpful & friendly staff. Close to autoroute connection and also easy to get into central Toulouse. 10 mins from airport but no noise from aircraft. Excellent for a short stay in this lovely city in France.

This hotel was beautiful! The best place we stayed at in France among 3 total hotels. The only thing we didn't like about it was the market. You're able to buy food, snacks and drinks at the market through the restaurant at the property. We went to it about 4 times and each time had to wait a very long time to be helped (up to 10 minutes without even being acknowledged). The last 3 times we finally would just go to reception to ask them to help and they'd direct us to the restaurant, but we'd share they weren't helping us so they just would. It was annoying and we felt like we were getting in the way. There also aren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance so you basically have to buy from there if you don't want to have to drive around.

Nice spacious clean accommodation, close to Toulouse airport. Also experienced nice evening meal in restaurant, breakfast was good too. Overall great value for last night of holiday before catching early flight home

Approach roads under repair. Probably a lot better access once roads are fixed we would gladly stay there again if in Toulouse

The single worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and we travel to Europe every year. First, our key did not work. Back down for a new key. It worked BUT SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM! We walked in to find a husband & wife in their bed! NO APOLOGY from the reception desk. In fact, they did not believe us! They called their room at 11:30 at night to make sure. Then they stuck us in a room with chipped and worn-out furniture, no air conditioning in the bedroom, no towels, a broken TV and no wifi. The Manager told us there was nothing she could do for us -- not even an apology, as it turns out. We would have to try and get any sort of refund (or apology) from Expedia. Believe me, we will demand a refund.

Very difficult to find especially in the dark - this may have been due to extensive road works in the area, room was a bit cramped due to a surfeit of furniture but overall acceptable for this type of accommodation.
