Great facilities and lots of activities and amenities for kids. Number of restaurants within resort, massages and spa available but have to pay extra. Great gym with free access and tennis court. Also can rent bikes for small fee. Beach was approximately 5mins walk from resort.

Parking on street was sometimes hard to find.

le lit d’appoint pour mon fils sur un canapé lit de mauvaise qualité , bruyant et inconfortable … le buffet du soir qui à 20h commençait à ne plus être remplie ou chauffé pour certain plats… Le ménage quotidien, serviettes non remplacés tout les jours, ou les serviettes salles qui n’étaient pas enlevé… pas assez de pente dans la douche… eau partout dans la salle de bain.

We booked a two bedroom suite with a private pool and it was lovely.

The food at the buffet restaurant was not good - bland, cold most of the time and a lot seemed to have been sitting out a long time. My toddler and I have both had awful food poisoning since returning from the trip, and we can only account it to the food in the hotel. People get up at the crack of dawn to put towels on sun beds so there’s no chance of getting any near the main pools if you’re not up for that. The surrounding area is not great. You could be anywhere, doesn’t have a Spanish feel at all.

Beautiful clean hotel thats perfect for families with young children. Good food, surrounding gardens are beautiful and location great and close to a lovely child friendly beach. Staff at the hotel were very friendly.

The air conditioning was broken in the room, I raised this with the hotel staff at reception on the second day however it was only on day six that they moved us to another room with air con that worked, by this point we had already spent most of the holiday being too warm in the room which made sleeping at night uncomfortable. Apart from this everything was wonderful.

We (a couple with an 11-month-old baby) stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a private pool at the end of May. Everything was wonderful! The room (with a separate bedroom) was spacious and spotless, and the patio with the pool was absolutely amazing. Breakfast and dinner were both very good. We would especially like to highlight the friendliness of the staff—from those who cleaned the room, pool, and patio to the restaurant servers. We would also like to give special thanks to Tatiana, the restaurant hostess, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She became friends with our little one and was the reason for many of his smiles (and his good appetite 😁)! Thank you ♥️

Städningen i hotellet missades flera gånger pga teknisk information som inte personalen meddelade om, man behöver tydligen sätta på en knapp att man vill ha det städat och med två små barn glömmer man, dessutom fick vi ingen information om det.

Overall a really good experience in this hotel. Grounds are very well maintained and clean. Rooms look completely new, are spacious and spotlessly clean. Kids club animation staff are great. Kids pools are really nice. We didn't get any unexpected charges which is a good sign for these types of resorts.

Food at the buffet was pretty average. I think they should focus on quality over quantity. Rooms can be noisy - if you're a light sleeper - avoid rooms close to the staircase. Also, I would advise the hotel to install silent doors in the rooms. The door slams every time someone leaves their room and it can be heard quite loud in the hotel's common areas. Wifi was slow (you can get a mobile signal though).

Room with pool was great for kids, especially when it got too hot in afternoon in main pool area

People putting towels on sun loungers to save them and no sign of the people!
