Un hotel superb cu multe facilități pentru toată familia Am primit apartament cu 2 dormitoare și vedere la piscină și curtea excelentă plină de flori și palmieri superbi super curat ne vom întoarce cu drag aici Am avut zile frumoase în familie în tot confortul Personal zâmbitor am primit și o zi la spa gratuită din partea lor Mulțumim mult pentru tot Mic dejun și cină extraordinare cu produse de calitate și la prânz am servit masa la terasa hotelului ai multe opțiuni de luat masa chiar și a la carte totul gătit proaspăt

Perfect for Families

Restaurants could have been better

The facilities are great, it’s family’s with small kids paradise. Rooms are really nice modern.

The staff is very average- we received zero directions when we arrived. The guy didnt even tell what facilities they have where are restaurants or how to get towels. The race to the sunbeads near the pool starts at 7.30 😂 we’ve seen sunbeds which was reserved with towels from the morning, when people haven’t arrived until 5 pm. Staff doesn’t care and doesn’t even come to pool side, while many guests sit on the grass.

The staff were all polite and courteous given how busy it was. The pools were lots of fun for kids and there was a nice atmosphere

The hotel was calm at night but the entertainment from the next door hotel was transmitted across the whole site. Breakfast was chaos, it was half term so maximally busy. There are only 8 parking spaces for hundreds of guests and people park across two bays.

Very clean and everything is close by. They have plenty for kids to do and enough places to eat. The buffet is ok, nothing extravagant but good for 4 star hotel. It’s very close to supermarkets, shops and the beach, literally 5 minute walk to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A great stay!

The food at the restaurant wasn’t labelled well which is more important for someone who’s vegetarian or vegan.

A highlight of our European trip, the staff and facilities were perfect and our kids, in particular, had an absolute blast - the animators crew were amazing, particularly a particular Austrian who had her birthday while we were there, and is still mentioned by the kids well after we've got back home. The mini disco was keenly anticipated every night. The room was comfy, classy, and well laid out, and the view over the wetlands was far nicer than I'd expected. The buffet had enough variety to keep us all happy for a couple of dinners, and the outdoor grill served one of the most memorable burgers of my life.

Parking is very, very limited on site, however there's a lot on the streets nearby. We found it a little tricky to open suitcases in the rooms - would've been handy to have a spot for them!
