The location of the property in close proximity to the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast options are great, you can either choose from a small menu or self serve with cereal and beverages. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend if staying in Bournemouth.

Pefect location as went to bic . Staff was very helpful and friendly. Didnt have breakfast as left early. Thankyou all.

Only thing that i would suggest is the shower needing a deep clean on tiles.
