Cleanliness and parking also breakfast was terrible

Although of an older vintage the hotel was lovely, room comfortable and bathroom very good. Room size was good with all the little extras you would like. Room was very clean and cleaned while there for our 2 night stay. Location was very good not far from beachfront but very close to town as well. What set it apart were the staff at breakfast and on reception both were friendly and helpful.

Nitpicking - free parking would have been nice, but there was a cheap car park right next door.

The reception staff were polite and upgraded me after the tv was found faulty...the upgraded room was excellent

The breakfast. Yhe continental breakfast was a disgrace _ no meats no cheese no Meusli. The full English was bland. I originally booked because the CRAB RETAURANT was mentioned. Not only did it not open outwith breakfast there was no bar or any lounge area in which to relax.this should have been made clear.

Location, it was very convenient and very close to the beach

The property and amenities need modernisation It felt like, as my son stated, grandparents house. I do understand that would be a big future project

The room was large and well equipped and cleaned immaculately upon arrival. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Great location for the sea front and entertainments. Thanks very much.

The people in the room next door were a little noisy playing music, but this didn't bother me too much since the bedroom was separate and reduced the noise. This was nothing that the hotel was responsible for. Just inconsiderate people.
