"Amazing View!"

Amazing view from the balcony and beautiful lush green manicured garden. Massive swimming pool. Tasty breakfast and polite friendly staff but slow to response. The hotel is outdated but I can see they are working on it. Very spacious room. No aircond and No mini fridge to keep our bottle water/juice cool and fresh. Berastagi is a cooler climate flower town between Mt Sinabung and Mt Sibayak.. Overall our family of 13 enjoyed the stay.

Not much. Just need updating the whole resort.

Inside rooms were old dirty and outdated stained sheets hot water restrictions and poor restaurant service

"Würde nicht mehr dort schlafen wollen"

Wir haben Frühstücksboxen bekommen, da wir morgens eine Tour gemacht haben, schöne Parkanlage, Personal war freundlich

Es ist leider sehr dreckig und der Abschluss hat extrem gestunken, viele Insekten im Zimmer
