"Beautiful Sinabung of gardens"

A beautiful building with the most amazing gardens & pool . The staff basically everywhere were excellent but the morning breakfast staff were the best of anywhere I’ve stayed .

"Great place to relax outdoors"

Beautifull well maintained outdoors areas, very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast.

Rooms are outdated, have damp smell. It is currently being renovated so possibly will be solved soon.

TOP hotel met prachtig zwembad en grote tuin. Misschien wel het beste hotel op Sumatra. Ruime kamer, ruime douche met goed warm water, alles is schoon. Balkon met zitje. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel, de Indonesische rust stralen ze uit. Kortweg een TOP hotel. De receptie regelde scooters voor ons, geweldig!

My most fav place to stay in Brastagi. I’ll definitely come again and again. Thank you so much for such wonderful service.

The room is very large an a clean, especially the bed sheets. Love it a lot. And the whole staff was very kind and respectful.

Sehr schöne weitläufige Parkanlage mit Pool. Ruhige Lage. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Preis Leistung top da kann man über ein paar Mängel hinwegsehen.

Baulärm durch dringend notwendige Renovierungsarbeiten. Zum Glück war unser Zimmer zur Parkplatzseite.
