Beautiful location, close proximity to shopping

We came here last year for the same conference and were disappointed in the renovations that have been made. The new faux hardwood floor is not an improvement over the carpeting, especially as the weather cools and the floor gets cold! The staff has been very helpful and kind and Rosa, the manager in the cafe was wonderful!

Adequate room, enjoyed visiting the pool with my kid. Booked here to make sure we got a crib, which we did, though getting it was less straightforward than I’d hoped.

Pretty soulless chain hotel. The suite living room was a grey box with no windows. Front desk staff at check-in was unfriendly and unhelpful. Calling front desk careline elicited busy signals, which I didn’t think still existed in 2025.

Rose at the front desk was exceptionally warm and welcoming making my entire family feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful! Check in was easy. Our family loved the fresh cookies. We didn’t even have to mention that our grandson had a nut allergy, she asked! It may seem insignificant but for us that small gesture was greatly appreciated! The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. If I had any complaints it would be that our room smelled a little stale. It was clean but could have used some fresh air. Breakfast was delicious and once again the staff could not be more friendly! Thanks for the perfect omelette Rosa!! Our grandchildren are already asking to come back!

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Beautiful lobby. Breakfast staff were very friendly and kept our tables cleared and always ready to assist. Although a breakfast buffet the staff and table service was 5 star. The grill station was a nice additional option to the buffet. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We did not hear any noise from other rooms or hallway traffic. Was nice having a room overlooking center of hotel. The pool was definitely not your typical hotel pool. The large main pool area had plenty of seating and the walls were painted with fun fish scenes. The large play area of the pool was separate for younger children. Towels were provided. Grocery, drug store and fast food nearby if needed . We found the hotel and staff met and exceeded all areas!

It was a gorgeous property with views of a golf course and chapel. There were lovely walking trails around beautiful fountains. Very close to amenities like Starbucks. The indoor pool was lovely.

I was there with friends for a collector convention, and the staff was more than accommodating. The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The area is beautiful & the cookies were great, as well!

Rosa was absolutely amazing! She was very personable and the omelets she made were so delicious 😋. Please reward her work, kindness and professionalism!
