"The hotel is very attractive, but it is a very poor value--especially with the "facilities fee.""

The property is beautiful, and the room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean

The person who checked me in was "proper" but not very friendly. Also, I was charged a $25 "facilities fee," which I resent because 1) I didn't use any facilities and 2) I felt like I was being fleeced.

"Nice Place"

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Lancaster DoubleTree, thanks to Rosa at the omelet station. Not only was my omelet delicious and cooked exactly how I liked it, but Rosa’s warm smile and genuine kindness really brightened my morning. She’s a total pro and clearly cares about the guests. She’s a true asset to the team!
