Way better experience then usual very big thanks to the worker name Rosa. Going to dinner the last couple nights been tough the guys that work in the food area seem like don’t know what to do and be forgetting how we ask for our food to be done if you say no onions they still add it or to use a different bread they continue to use that specific bread you don’t want. Rosa took care of us yesterday and make sure everything was good to go

This property is under renovation. The management should at least identify which guest rooms may be impacted by excessive noise at 7:30am on a Monday morning so guests can choose a different room. Also, the Dining facility was recently outsourced to a vendor. Bad decision if no hotel management provides oversight to the operation. Half the food in the breakfast buffet was not being kept warm in the warming trays. Multiple items were not refreshed in a timely manner when exhausted. Pool towels were not adequately stocked. This location used to be a 5⭐️ location and Hilton has always been a reliably consistent brand. They fell well short of my expectations during this stay.

We had a good weekend trip to this hotel. As always, the grounds were well maintained, as we observed while walking our dogs. The room was quiet and we were given a room near to an exit, as requested, for the sake of managing the dogs. In spite of holiday functions being held on site, it was quiet. We ate at the breakfast buffet and found it all really good and it offered a good deal of variety. The check in and check out processes were easy and quick, especially if you have the app.

Sara was amazing. So friendly, so many helpful food recommendations (I couldn’t decide what to get.) Definitely will be visiting the restaurant again!

Our experience was great! We had Sara as our server. She was absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be returning in the near future!🙂

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Rosa, she's always friendly and smiling during breakfast, and and dinner, brighting my day with her great customer service. Alex the bartender always recommends next things to try and always attentive.

Had a very pleasant experience, staff was all helpful and polite, breakfast buffet delicious, we were very happy with our experience, may God bless you all.

Our stay was great! The room was comfortable and clean. At breakfast we were impressed by the quality Rosie prepared our omelette and organized the servers. Noland and Olivia were very helpful cared for us and attentive to our needs. It was very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic facility. Well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Great breakfast. Looking forward to next year.
