very good good location

スタッフの対応も良く、大変満足出来ました。また宿泊したいと考えています。

The rooms are clean, nice and spacious. The view from the hotel room can be excellent. The food is okay, not to write much about. The reception could do with people that spoke better English, even in Chinese they did not really get what i was looking for. The 14th floor is present but seems unreachable? The bar on the 22nd floor seems nice, but when we left we had to take some kind of service elevator all the way down to go around the building on the outside, to enter through the lobby again to take an internal elevator to our room... Very strange..

南禅寺や清名橋歴史街区に近く夜景を見てもすぐホテルに帰れて便利でした。ホテルのすぐ裏にイタリアンレストランやバーがあって中国料理が苦手な人や夜遊びしたい人にはオススメのホテルです。日系ホテルだけあって部屋も綺麗でした。

Excellent hotel, very efficient staff

サービスも良く部屋も清潔です。近くには無錫の古い街並みが見え、飲食店なども多く立地も良いおススメのホテルです。

很干净，分高级楼层和豪华楼层，双人房和大床房在不同楼层，导致我定的两间房一个在九层一个在十五层，入住只给一张房卡，因为刷卡上楼，所以我们互相去对方的楼层比较不方便，后来又去服务台补了一张房卡。除了这点其他的服务都挺好，有儿童的拖鞋，酒店的地理位置很好，后边是酒吧街，酒店晚上会听到楼下吵得声音，隔壁在卫生间打个喷嚏你也能听见。

the location is good, the friendly staff front desk Dai Wenyi provides VIP room service. You can heave a great time in the rooms where the hotel staff provides warmly service during the nights. Great dancing in nearby bars and also great food. Good hotel for cheap price.
