"Relaxant et conviviales"

Le personnel est très accueillant, il y a un bon emplacement proche de Paris et il y a plusieurs restaurants autour. Le spa est très bien ainsi que la salle de sport. Je recommande fortement les massages de Mélanie. Mon séjour était parfait très relaxant. L’hôtel est à taille humaine.

La baignoire n’est pas pratique mais ce n’est pas très grave !

Le jacuzzi et le sauna.

-L’accueil. La réceptionniste n’avait pas l’air de connaître grand chose à l’établissement…de plus, il est déplorable que rien n’indique lors de la réservation que l’accès à la piscine et au spa sont à réserver à l’avance et accessibles seulement sur des créneaux d’une heure, et que pour 10 Personnes seulement. C’est du jamais vu. -la propreté : nous avons passé une seule nuit là bas, et nous nous sommes retrouvés à 2 reprises avec une araignée sur nous (dans la salle de bains et dans la chambre) !!! Ça aussi, c’est du jamais vu. -la piscine est affichée à plus de 29 degrés mais elle était très froide ! Elle ne devait pas faire plus de 21 degrés…du coup jacuzzi très chaud puis piscine froide : on est tous les 2 malades…! -Le petit déjeuner : assez pauvre. Pas très savoureux. Et le beurre tout fondu…

The staff! Best experience with hotel staff I’ve had. They were super helpful. Extremely polite and couldn’t do enough for us. Upgraded our room when they saw that we were traveling in a pair. And gave us a free breakfast when the booking online had only provided one. Although being out of the city centre a bit it’s very easy to find and the amenities are perfect for a short stay.

The jacuzzi could have been a little hotter. X
