Abdou nous a offert un service exceptionnel à la réception : efficace, aimable et très serviable, il a rendu notre voyage plus facile et plus agréable.

Le jaccuzi pas assez sécurisé c'est trop haut on a du mal à entrer dans le jacuzzi surtout pour les personnes en situation handicap manque un ou deux escalier La piscine pas assez sécurisé très dangereux il manque aussi escalier ou pose pied ce n'est pas adapté pour les personnes en situation handicap les personnes normales aussi et des difficultés à rentrer dans dans Dans la chambre le baignoire est tout près du toilette le baignoire est en haut c'est pas assez sécurisé il manque de rampes ou escalier pour entrer dans le baignoire Le toilette est au niveau du baignoire pas de hygiène

Proximité avec le métro Propreté des locaux et des chambres Gros plus la piscine et la salle de sport : un vrai bonheur entre deux journées de formation Absence de bruit ! Que ce soit des couloirs ou dans la rue.

Everything was amazing, jacuzzi and pool absolutely great. It was really nice they had hair dryer and locker.

The room was a bit hot and the air conditioning didn't work. But still the bed was super comfy. Coffee in the room would have been great.
