En Lugano Residence son muy hospitalarios y muy amables. Además se aseguran que siempre haya vigilancia en recepción y al llegar te ofrecen descuentos para hamacas de la playa, restaurante y bar. Está a menos de 5min de la playa y unos 30 min a pie del casco histórico. El apartamento estuvo listo a nuestra llegada y muy limpio. Me gustó el detalle de cómo doblaron las toallas a nuestra llegada. No se oyen ruidos, ni de la calle. Ubicado en una calle por la que pasan muy pocos coches. Excelente en ubicación, amabilidad, seguridad. Me gustó todo. Se merecen un 10 sin lugar a duda.

Staff super disponibile ed accogliente. Struttura pulita. Posizione ottima per girare anche a piedi/bicicletta.

Parcheggi a pagamento nel perimetro struttura, una comoditá, dato che non è facilissimo posteggiare in quelle zone. Un po' stretti.. ma con un po' di pazienza si fa manovra.

Presenza ascensore,climatizzatore,pulizia appartamento,per il resto prevalgono i molti aspetti negativi sotto evidenziati

Parcheggio interno 11 euro e fuori scarsa disponibilità parcheggio libero. Arredi un po datati che donano un odore sgradevole alla appartamento Bagno e Doccia piccola e con chiusura approsimativa Anche se eravamo in meno rispetto al numero persone prenotato su booking non mi hanno scontato nulla. Spazi esterni della struttura minuscoli
