Landhotel Hirschen

Beautiful old Black Forest hotel with lots of history, located in a stunning valley in a picturesque small town. Perfect for hiking, biking, unlimited trails. Wonderful place.

Phenomenal area, property and staff. Highly recommend.

As i had to move my dates around and speaking to the hotel directly it was no issue. Super friendly and helpful. Staff were always ready to help in anyway and the owner a very nice person, same as all of the staff.

No issues at all, just maybe a little more everyday food choice, things like 1/2 a chicken, or Holzfälle steak. A little more workingman's menu.

Everything were perfect!

The hotel is gorgeous! The wooden features of the building felt very homey. The bathroom in our room had a rainfall shower which was wonderful. Also, the renovated room features a small sofa, which our dog was able to sleep on rather than the hard floor. There was spacious parking for our truck , which helped with the anxiety of having a large vehicle in Germany.

The restaurant dinner menu is rather gamy (e.g., duck, deer, etc.) These are common dishes in Germany, which I completely understand. If you're not used to eating like that, though, choosing an option is difficult.

Ontbijt en diner waren fantastisch. Standaard kamer ook prima. Alleen de douchcel is aan vevanging toe. Verder een prima hotel. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
