"Wonderful wedding anniversary celebration in the perfect spot."

The location is perfect. Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful - total relaxation. We loved the little South Sands Ferry into Salcombe, and of course walking the SW Coast Path can't be beaten in this neck of the woods.

The food was OK but not exceptional.

"Great food and location although parking and staffing issues"

Food was excellent

Sign to car park was misleading. This resulted in taking a wrong turn, getting my car stuck on tight corner meaning I had to be towed by a local and incurring car damage. Room was cold, although portable heater provided. Bar service was poor due to lack of staff.

"Great stay, lovely food and staff, great for dogs"

Location, right by the beach, lovely room and great food. Also very dog friendly.

Nothing really, our bed was quite firm but that’s not a bad point, it’s just our preference is a little softer.
