"Very convenient place to stay"

We have stayed here for over 20 years when we are in Melbourne. Very convenient to train station, trams and some great pubs. Extremely clean apartments and staff very helpful.

"Top spot for a visit to Melbourne"

We stayed at Quest on William for the Melbourne Cup carnival. It was a great spot to stay with connections via tram and train to central Melbourne and the Southern Cross Railway Station. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was quiet and comfortable for our needs. Security was excellent as well. Overall, a really great place to stay for a visit to Melbourne.

"Perfect for a small group getaway!"

Conveniently located close to centre, great rooms with ensuites which was perfect for two couples sharing, great lounge area and kitchen facilities, wonderful friendly staff.

"Great self contained appartments"

Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and tram stops. We were upgraded from a studio apartment to a one bedroom apartment. The drying machine wasn’t working when we arrived and it was replaced with a new one the next morning. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. Only thing missing was an oven tray. We were in room 1006 and was very grateful as it was a lot quieter than what the rooms at the front would be.

"Outstanding stay at Quest Willian."

From booking to checking our stay was excellent. We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was very well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The location was very good for walking to shops, the NGV, NGV Australia, Botanical Gardens etc. Definitely recommended. Quest apartments always have a washing machine and dryer which is such a bonus when travelling overseas. There was no noise from other guests. Staff were very helpful at reception. A minor maintenance issue was fixed immediately.
