Quest on William

For the first 6 days of our 10 day stay we had door lock problems. Every time we left the room for a few hours we couldn’t get back into our room. The staff tried to fix the door lock but to no avail. We requested to be moved to another room but this was declined. They did eventually kind of fix the lock but we still had issues. We also had 3 people staying in the room, but when housekeeping came they only left 2 towels. For the amount of money we paid for this holiday we expected better quality.

Good size and location

Not enough clean towels or service due to public holidays and weekend. No plug to be able to do dishes. No coat hangers to hang clothes No shelves to put anything on in the bathroom. Had to put things on the floor. Really expected more than one bathroom and toilet for 4 people.

Family Christmas 2025 in Melbourne, great service by Quest on William. Walking distance to the Bourke Street Mall, Spence Street Factory Outlets which also has a Coles Supermarket. Short tram ride on the number 58 to the Queen Victoria Market in one direction and the in the opporsite direction you can catch the 58 tram to the Crown Casion precinct. You can catch the 96 tram to DFO South Warf or stay on the 96 tram to the St Kilda Beach precint.

Location was great as close to the city, shops and public transport. Although clean apartment was old and needs an upgrade. Room was poorly stocked - only 1 towel per person, 1 toilet roll per bathroom on arrival, half empty bathroom amenities and no milk in fridge for tea/coffee. We were located on second floor next to a laneway and cafe so it was extremely noisy especially in the early morning. You could hear cars, garbage truck passing through as well as people going to the cafe were reall loud as well. Would not stay here again.

Cannot beat the location, across the road from Kings Beach.

We got in late and had difficulty finding the right unit, then air con was broken, there was no toilet paper and the linen was just in bags on the bed. Air con wasn’t fixed but we were reimbursed for the inconvenience.
