Hotel Lake Brunner

This was my first visit to Lake Brunner. Despite the weather at the time I found the hotel very warm and hospitable. The staff and service was great, the food was exceptional during my time there. I had the mass breakfast one morning which was awesome beside the coal fire.. The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I thought that the overall experience was awesome and I will definitely be back, I have no negative comments Thank you to the team, both at reception, bar and service staff who delivered excellent service to my table.

Kingfisher menu was great but it would be a good choice of eggs,bacon,beans,sausages and toast. The breakfast was affordable they could easily add more and increase the price accordingly

We knew it was an older property so didn't expect 5 star luxury. However a shelf in the bathroom, some liquid soap and shower gel would be nice. The shower cubicle was very small, my 6'2" husband struggled!

Had everything we needed. Nice strong shower. Comfy bed and lovely view. Meal in the hotel was nice and bar staff very nice, friendly and helpful.

There was a heater in the room.

The bathrooms were with the toilet and shower at the same time and they were not a lot so if anybody needed to go to the toilet, they had to wait until somebody else was finishing shower and it was very cold in the in the shower area and in the kitchen. And the fact that the Hot pools had to be paid was something that I wasn’t expecting I thought it was included in for free.
