Check in was smooth and professional

The bed was way to soft, so no sleep and the noise started early in the morning by bin trucks and you could hear every sound in the hallway

"Ideal location for Brisbane's cultural precinct."

Great location - We wanted easy access to QPAC and Southbank. A short walk to Queens wharf casino as well if you want to make a night of it.

Breakfast shuts off a bit early at 9.30am so we missed out before checking out.

The on-site restaurant had wonderful service and exceptional food. The hotel's proximity to Southbank made it within walking distance, even in heavy rain, of the things we had come to Brisbane for. Free car parking was a bonus. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Everything we needed was provided, toiletries and tea/coffee. Highly recommended. We will be returning next visit to Brisbane.

"Pleased only I was only in my room to sleep"

The location was good as I it was easy into the city, convention center and to the river ferry.

The rooms and hallways were tired and looked grotty, only 1 lift and no stair option (unless emergency)
