Room not cleaned to an acceptable level, door lock unstable, minor inconvenience with lifts not aligning underground carpark to sixth floor.

The sliding door to outside didn’t lock, there were holes behind the bed room old power point that had been removed, booked for three adults, had to ask each day for a third towel to shower.
