Do not stay here! We had an absolute awful experience with the staff members. They cancelled our family reservation without warning and we only found out as we were driving to the motel, as I called to ask if we could arrange a later check in due to an accident on the road. They were aggressive to us on the phone and asked for our credit card details and yelled at me when I said we had already supplied our details to bookings.com. This experience was very stressful as we were travelling with two young children and we had booked the accommodation at ASURE Camelot Arms Motor Lodge 7 months in advance. They told us they had cancelled us and resold our room even though we had the confirmed notice in our booking.com app, they then started yelling at us and we guessed at another staff member as there was a lot of commotion and background noise. They then changed tactics and said they were able to find us alternative accommodation at a more expensive rate and shared that they would still charge us $250. The whole experience was so disappointing and confusing. We have used bookings.com many times before and have always been very happy and felt safe that this kind of thing wouldn’t happen. Do not stay here.
