The man at the reception was lovely

There was a used brown paper food bag left in my room after service had been in while I was away for the day which was strange. Facilities were good but a toaster would have been great.

This time Nothing🥴 inspite of having a confirmed booking, told that there's no booking, no kitchen and instead of all four us in a 1 bed room apartment that we need to stay in two different rooms?????

Being told that there's no booking, no kitchen facilities, and not being able to stay in one apartment together. I didn't understand how the reception can say that there is no booking when we had a confirmed booking????

The shower pressure was amazing! The gentleman in reception was friendly, tho he kept talking to his co-worker in another language.

The bathroom door opens directly onto the bed,you can hear the unit upstairs when they walk around,.

Decent room.

Location

No towel rails or hooks in bathroom. Had to use door handles.

Easy check in, good air con.

Was a loud party with bassy music and loud talking all night until about 3am.. despite signs everywhere that it's quiet time after 9:30pm.
