A little dated but this was no issue as all other aspects compensated

Run down, people living there permanently. Upstairs tenant played infomercials ftom 12am onwards. We coudnt sleep from that time onwards.

Shoulsd've knowqn something wasnt right when the owner came out in the late afternoon dress in her pyjamas ! Rooms need lots of TLC. A haven for the homeless which wasn't advised

This property is also used for emergency housing which was not known at time of booking. Some of the tenants were not pleasant. However the allocated unit was clean and comfortable

Receptionist was friendly and helpful, room was tidy and clean enough, close to Pukekura Park but the condition of some of the other rooms wasnt good, boarded up doors that had been broken, not very inviting. Was ok for one night but probably wouldn't stay again.

If you're looking for a budget room just to sleep in, this is for you. Not suitable if you're going to spend any additional time in the room.

It was just what we needed! OK, so the room was a little run down. But the bathroom and kitchen surfaces were well cleaned; there was plenty of room; it was quiet; the host was friendly and welcoming; and it was convenient to the locations we wanted to get to. It was perfect for our last-minute night away. Thank you!

This was perfect for our needs as an extended family. Conviently located, the price was good, the amenties provided everything we needed for our stay and the Staff Member I interacted with was lovely and very helpful.
