This place is nice and comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you out all day and need a place for the evening.

Great location and owner was really nice.

Not good. Long tern guests aka state housing in the hotel. I could hear constant walking from the rooms upstairs that kept me awake all night both nights i was staying thier. Not a bad place to stay but the longterm guests will keep you from sleeping. Hence the cheap rates

The motel is very close to the city and the large Pukekura Park.

Room was very clean and tidy. Well appointed with cups glasses, and cooking utensils. Great value for money. A few little things need attention, in Room 9. e.g worn carpet, kitchen cupboard door needs a hinge secured. Toilet door needs planing at the bottom. Staff very prompt with attention to sort out the television. All round a cosy place to stay, loved the wild ducks sleeping peacefully on the lawn, variety of childrens play equipment for those traveling with the family.

For the affordable price this place is perfect
