The Soul Antwerp

We had a booking for one night but the hotel faced issues with our room (due to previous visitor) so we couldn't sleep there. They booked for us another room in another hotel close by and arranged everything before we arrived. We still had our breakfast at the Soul which was very nice. We really appreciated the reactivity and the good communication from the Soul. We will definitely book again if we have the occasion to come back!

Lage Top, Personal Top, Betten Top,Dusche Top. Nachttischlampe hatte keine Steckdose, Stehlampe konnte nicht angeschaltet werden, Tür zum Bad knarrt und knirscht. Sehr laut Nachts wegen der umliegenden Restaurants. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen

The position of the apartment, the way it is decorated, and the space you have inside the entire apartment. It is close to the river and the boat.

Nothing. Maybe the price is too high.

The bar manager down the building has been of great help and welcoming. He helped us solve the problem withh check in and the key.

Never seen a place where check in occurs between 8 am and 3.30pm wirhout warning. We were stuck at the entrance as the automatic check in system would not work, on top of that keys were missing. Last but not least,the flat was dusty and the furniture was damaged.

vriendelijk, hulpvaardig, gezellig en fijne kleine studio. We hebben genoten!

Great location, super comfortable bed and lovely bathroom - great shower!

Nothing! Hope to revisit. Wish we were staying longer. To be aware there is general noise from bars below but it wasn’t loud to cause a disturbance.
