"Convinient location clean but noisy if you have a room facing the road"

Super clean and the staff was the nicest ever

I couldn’t sleep at all for 3 days because I had a room facing the road and between the noise of the cars passing by and the street light on the corner (beeping all night long for the visually impaired). Moral of the story ask for an interior room not facing the road.

"Comfortable stay with amazing hotel personnel"

Very good staff, Monica the owner of the hotel and reception lady Lise are marvellous. They helped me with every single question I had in Cuenca. They probably saved a day for me with their help?l, contacts and recommendations. Hotel was accessible all night long and my room got cleaned every day. Also the breakfast was very good and for a good price. Highly recommend this hotel, they are lovely people with good feeling of client service.
