Spacious room. Hot breakfast with one different dish everyday. Clean linens, Nice and kind hotel staff and convenient location.

Windows and balcony doors are not properly sealed so quite noisy in the evening.

I was pleased in general with my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the light breakfast offered in the 6th floor cafe was fine, good strong coffee and a decent start to the day. Clean, modern, attractive hotel in a good location. However, wifi was an issue in the rooms, but the lobby is okay if you need it. I would stay again.

We love the hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining area had a beautiful view of Cuenca and the food was good. My mom and I walked to many churches, restaurants and shops and we still needed more time to visit so many great places in Cuenca.
