Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Staff were great! Jacuzzi was nice

Need to address shower heads-so water won’t go everywhere.

We loved the location and amazing breakfast. The pool area is really nice and giving an option to relax. The staff was helpful and there is an option to have dinner on site (a la carte). There is an option to rent an ebike and not many people do it, but it is an amazing experience to bike around the neighbourhood. When traveling by car you will be able to drive to Florence within 30mins. 10mins to the closest winery with decent dinner options.

There are a few things that should be improved. 1. ROOMS - Our Room Salvia had 0 soundproof. It was located next to the reception and oh dear we could hear everything. We could literally hear all chats and the staff preparing the dining room for breakfast each morning and night. We could hear people coming to work around 7-8am and having a morning chat at the reception. It needs to be improved otherwise the guest won't be able to have a peaceful night. 2. BIKE RENTAL - Etrek bikes are amazing and good quality, but no one prepare them for your rental. 3. DRINKS - 8euro for aperol is a bit crazy; we paid 4-5euro in neighbourhood bistros. 4. We can't really complain about this, but bare in mind that the hotel is NOT adults only. We kind of assumed that because of the architecture the hotel will be mostly visited by couples. The layout is really not child friendly with loads of stairs and edges. We had neighbours with 2 newborn kids during our stay. It is not what we expected from the 'quiet weekend' especially when the rooms are not sound isolated.

Smell from the sewage was fixed by leaving an open window in the bathroom. As our room was below the kitchen you could hear people slicing the bread on the table.

The location is stunning, incredible view on the hills. Fresh breakfast: everything was quite good, but not much choice and there were no labels about products ingredients. The pool is also nice and overall is clean.

I don't think this place is worth the money you pay for it. We expected attention to details, but it wasn't the case: the shower was not working properly, the wardrobe couldn't be opened fully because the bed was in the way, the tennis court didn't have a proper equipment, check-out time written inside the room was not correct, and I could go on. Also the lady at the reception tried to charge us for the horse riding excursion we didn't attend because it was raining and we cancelled the previous day without problems. I'm sure it was just an error because the lady has been very polite about it, but still not a pleasure experience.

We enjoyed staying here. The atmosphere and the stuff were great and house was very charming. Coffee and breakfast were great, service friendly and relaxed.

Sofa in bedroom is big minus - we didn't realized that we won't have normal bed in one of the bedrooms until arrival. Suggestion is to put this sofa in living room and put normal bed in second bedroom so company travelling together can have same comfortability.

The room was rather small but nice, we arrived after very heavy rain so you could smell the sewerage and it was quite cold, but the day after it was already ok and the room nicely heated.

We felt so welcome! Staff was super frendly, accomodation good. Swimming pool supurb. Quality of the meals (breakfast and dinner) outstanding. Thank you!

Quiet

There was no TV no refrigerator in the room plus if you want to pay cash, you have to have the exact amount. It is preferable to pay with credit card.
