Room Deluxe Villa, 3 Bedrooms (KOALA) Villa needs a lot of attention! Holes on many walls in rooms. Lounge very dirty. Used spare sheets on lounge so we could sit on it. No spare toilet paper. Reception not staffed. Booked for family of 8 so we had to travel to buy some. After a hot long walk we were unable to take children to pool as the residents of the park had a meeting next to the pool which lasted for quite some time.BBQ area was free with no one around. This would have been a more suitable option. Over all a very disappointing stay.

It has the best ocean view. The front desk staff are so friendly. I love everything about it.

Actual area nice but, on arrival no staff just an envelope in a box and you are left to your own devices. On finding unit only screen door could be locked. You could not lock the glass door. Toilet roll holder not attached to wall and in saying that the toilet roll left on hand basin so if not switched on you had to retrieve after starting. The shower could not be turned of completely and dripped all night so had to place a towel on shower floor to quiet it down but shower outside your bedroom still annoying.

Cabin had cockroaches in the bathroom and didn't look like it had been cleaned recently (milk stain on the inside table). our stay was enjoyable other than that first impression, good hot water comfortable clean bed.

A lovely place to stay but could do with a little update. Tired cabins, ours had broken tiles in the bathroom. But overall great quiet place to stay!

Cabins are not cleaned properly .Disappointing as the location and grounds of park are beautiful. We have stayed in many cabins in our travels , and have never experienced anything like this .Especially with covid in the community, you would think cleanliness is a top priority- this was appalling.

We liked the location and the grassy and tress around the area. The property was dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned properly in a long time. The kitchen cupboards need to be wiped out, there was very little crockery and cooking pots. Not ideal if you had a family and did want to cook a meal. the couch was dirty and needed to be replaced or at least washed. The curtains were the same. The lack of cleanliness was really disappointing.
