I liked the lady at the front desk in the sales department who was extremely empathetic and understanding when I told her I had been given the keys to a cabin that had not been cleaned.

A good place to get away. I can not fault the location and park amenities! Don't expect any reliable mobile data coverage, but this can be a good thing if you want to disconnect! Luckily calls and texting was ok. A basic cabin with Austar but the shower had mould and the kitchen tap was leaky which was disappointing. It would have been helpful to have been told to supply your own loo paper before or at check-in as only one roll was provided in the cabin for a 4 night booking.

Nice location was quiet and our cabin was clean and fairly well equipped. Signal strength for mobile coverage is not real good and no wifi but we survived one night without it :P very close to the beach, kids enjoyed the pool. Overall good stopover stay

Nice location, a lot of heavy transport noise at night fro freeway. Beach great, easy access

As the name suggests, Lorikeet feeding was the highlight of the stay. Each afternoon the kids loved feeding the birds. Plenty of wildlife around including kookaburras and kangaroos. Great location approximately 20 mins to Coffs Harbour. Great place to stay.

It is a wonderful place ,impressive ferns growing between cabins ,quiet and comfortable

I was staying at gateway lifestyle, in cabin, the manager Craig was extremely helpful,friendly, I found him very supportive and caring. cabins were beautiful, clean and spacious,great place to stay.

We chose this place as an overnight stopover on our way to and from Brisbane from Sydney. With two kids, aged 8 and 11, this ticked all our boxes. Great location, just off the motorway, easy access to the beach, heated pool, bird feeding and kangaroos hopping around. The amenities were functional and well maintained. The villa we stayed was not the most modern but was well kept. A 10 drive to Woolgoolga that has a bunch of restaurants, Woolies, etc. is convenient. Whether it is a stopover or a rustic holiday break, this place should be on your consideration list.
