Le Chateau De Besseuil

Hotellet bærer med rette navnet slotsophold, landlige omgivelser, vinmarker og pæn hovedbygning. Der kunne savnes lidt mere service og personalets opmærksomhed, fx omkring pool-området, bar/aperitif før middagen o.lign. Restauranten performer i underkanten. Det er familie ophold, siges der og der var mange af gæsterne familier med børn, hvilket er hyggeligt. Men restauranten indretter sig ikke efter det, især er det alt for længe børnene skal vente på at starte med at spise (1-1½ time) - der kunne være både noget der passer til børnefamilierne og noget til de mere voksne.

Proche de la sortie d'autoroute, accueil efficace, chambres complètement rénovées et de bons coûts, repas gastronomique très raisonnable en terme de prix, vins simples mais bien choisis. Je recommande vivement cette belle adresse.

Cela fait la deuxième fois que je viens en peu de temps et sincèrement, hormis un problème de réservation du à l’informatique, mais résolu par Marion, je suis très satisfait ainsi que votre table qui est excellente. J’oubliais, le vin de votre domaine est quelque chose qui vaut le détour. Au plaisir

Very disappointing. Photos are misleading. The chateau has nothing to do with the hotel except for being in the grounds

A lovely location, fabulous building, fantastic meal but let down by design over function. No air conditions in the rooms and one small fan for the whole room meant the room was unbearably hot. Add to the fact that there were no curtains in the mean bedroom or over the sky light in the mezzanine meant that we were all awake at 5.30am. Room was cleaned but under the beds it was dirty and full of fluff, bedding was off white leaving you wondering if it had been cleaned. Simple things like milk for coffee was missing. All this was mentioned to reception on check out when they asked for feedback and they just shrugged. Why ask if all you want is a positive review?

Prachtige locatie en inrichting. Mooi zwembad en goed eten. Tuin aan suite was niet onderhouden. Geen afwerking in suite (espresso machine afwezig, weinig zeep, geen bestek in keuken, geen zakdoekjes, geen klokradio etc.). In deze staat is het overpriced big time. Hotel is eerder voorzien voor passage. Ontbijt saai voor meerdere dagen, enkel confituur als toespijs @ 12€ (ook voor kinderen)

Great stay everything you could want to get away and relax. Excellent food and wines.

Bâtiment très beaux, chambres correctes mais pas de climatisation.

Beautiful Chateau and very tranquil setting, lovely room very clean, lovely staff, my wife left her purse in the room it was posted back to us very quickly. wonderful thank you!
