I have been visiting most of the Castles in Burgundy. I choose this one knowing that it is priced cheaper than many others, therefore, I did not have the expectations. Overall, I agree with some of the comments that the accomodation in the "dependance" are not what you could expect from a castle and be somehwat dissapointing but at the price they are rented, it is fairly priced especially that they are quite large. The restaurant was a disapointment. The decoration was not great and I was expecting something more "classy". The food was good and I cannot complaint about it. My comment is more than I did not feel I was eating at a Castle at all but at any restaurant I could find elsewhere.

WOW - Was für eine Location. Wenn man auf das Grundstück des Chateau fährt ist man schon etwas sprachlos: Man sieht ein perfektes Zusammenspiel von Alt und neu und dazu die Weinfelder rundherum. Einfach unglaublich. Die Zimmer sind modern mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet - allerdings ist der Zugang zur Dusche nur etwas für maximal vollschlanke Menschen :-( - ansonstengibt es auch hier nichts zu meckern. Das Restaurant hat eine moderne Küche mit aber etwas kleinen Portionen - muss man mögen. Dafür ist der eigene Weiswein sehr gut und meines Erachtens sogar Besser als der Clodywine aus Neuseeland. Also auch hier kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen

We hadden 'iets' meer verwacht van een hotel wat pretendeert 4 sterren te hebben. Kamer was bloedheet en had geen airco, dus niet geslapen. Douche is ontoegankelijk voor iedereen boven 100 kg; deurtje is lachwekkend. Douche bij zwembad was niet te gebruiken wegens de enorme hoeveelheid wespen. Diner 'gastronomique' zag er mooi uit maar was totaal smakeloos. Ze hebben wel lef om een ontbijt te serveren waarvoor je flink extra moet betalen maar wat niks voorstelt; sap uit een pak. Tot 12 uur 's avonds leek het of de TGV over de binnenplaats kwam, maar het bleek het personeel te zijn die bezig was met het verplaatsen van het een of ander, maar door de hitte konden we toch niet slapen... de receptioniste had kennelijk een slechte dag en was absoluut nergens in geïnteresseerd. Dit is overigens mijn eerste negatieve review in 35 jaar

Absolutely gorgeous place, amazing staff, and an overall awesome experience. Air con is always questionable in France so the room DID have cooled floors and a fan but it was still sticky hot. As long as you don’t go during a heat wave, you’re all good!!

The hotel was ok but the score they give to it is to high. The rooms are moderate and there was no internet
