Probably hit and miss and a gamble on which apartment you get. The one we stayed at needed an overhaul on everything.

Appartement occupé très sale notamment le four micro-onde, la crédence de la cuisine, la machine à laver et le sèche linge. Grilles d'aération pleines de poussières, édredons des lits peut être "propres" mais tout tâchés etc

ESLocation is good. Still a walk to the strip, but doable. The place was spacious and we appreciated the kitchen.
We found the bathroom dirty, full of hair, pee stains and it showed that it wasn’t cleaned before our stay. We communicated that and they send someone to clean, still not clean as she just wiped the surfaces. Very little amenities (1 laundry capsule kind of thing) and if needed you had to purchase which we felt to be a bit out of touch to charge .80 cents instead of leaving a couple out. We wouldn’t stay again but it was ok overall
