Checking was a pain. Had to give full details nd documents online and then had to redo everything again when arrived. Started the visit badly. Got stuck in the lift and the emergency button didn't connect through to help.

AULocation was great, staff were great and the facilities were really good
The place was fairly clean but most of the dishes were still a bit grubby with food stuck on them from the previous people who stayed and the carpets could do with a clean- thats probably me being fussy but we bought our baby who's crawling and her knees and tops of her feet were black from the floors with about 10 mins
