Apartment dusty. Kitchen smelt of cooking. Extractor fan in kitchen full of grease and smelly. Kitchen grubby and smelly. Sofa tatty. Sheets not big enough for the bed. Bathroom grubby and shelves broken. Whole apartment needed deep clean.Netflix connection problem and reception staff unwilling to fix it. Tumble dryer noisy and old with filter ripped. No shade or brollies around pool or sunbed area. The pool looked grubby and didn't observe any maintenance of it during stay.
AULocation was great, staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious. We were just a 10 minute walk from a lively surf club which served great meals, overlooking the ocean.
We checked in during a public holiday so there were no staff at reception. I had to figure out how to get my key. I would have preferred more than one day's provisions upfront (dish liquid, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets).
AUAUAUAUbeach views, kitchen had electric fry pan and sandwich toasting press as well as expected items. Clean and enjoyed the pool and spa.
No air conditioners in bedrooms but lounge air conditioner nearly provided enough cooling for whole apartment to be comfortable
