Beds were just foam not even a mattress

The room was very dated and most of the inbuilt cabinetry was broken, discoloured, stained and worn, light in the main bathroom flickered, door into balcony was hard to close and rattled in the wind. TV has no internet and generally hard to use. Cups not properly washed, cigarette ash in one of them. No tissues and not much toilet paper. Minimal dishwashing, washing detergent and other soaps. Sink in ensuite cracked and leaking. Faint beep noise at night. Microwave hard to use. One light not working in the ceiling. Bar stools ripped and unsightly dining table uncomfortable to sit at. Would not stay at room 7F again. Hopefully the rest of the apartments were better.

AUlocation was good. property was clean, the initial room given to us door latch was broken and it was a see through door and uncomfortable for couples. the apartments had 1 room with queen bed and 2 single beds in other room. only good for 1 couple.
only for 1 couple it is good otherwise very uncomfortable setting for 2 couples. good for only a small family of 3 or 4. the room 2f was very uncomfortable the door latch was broken and the wooden door was stack style not able to close it. it said city view apartment but there was really only a street view. however later we were upgraded so we havent had problem. but we did suffer for 1 night on the day of arrival as recsption was not there.

NZThe location was brilliant, staff were really helpful and the pool was great. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was a good size.
They didn’t supply basic things like oil, salt and pepper which was disappointing as they aren’t the sort of thing you use up in a 2 week trip. The bathrooms were a bit tired looking.

Bare essential items. Lack of essential items. We booked a week and had a small package of dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. One tea towel and dish cloth. Giving what we paid for the week I would like to think that more than a days worth of soap would be provided.
