I had recently visited this hotel. The hotel ambition is good. The staff also very friendly. Excellent service given by Front office and Housekeeping.

As it was my anniversary I booked myself at a hotel in Vashi.The best part was that they made beautiful decoration in my room with a nominal charges.... Rooms were comfy with modern decor & also the front desk staff upgraded my room to the upper category which was very overwhelming... Resturant team made beautiful candle light dinner arrangement at poolside.

I had a wonderful time at royal orchid hotel at Vashi.The staffs were really amazing & always assisted me throughout my stay...Plus point is that they have a rooftop pool.... which is just superb....my kids enjoyed the poolside very much...Thank you

I came here for a corporate stay of 10 days, and the Royal Orchid Hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The amazing vibe and the comforting dinner menu were particularly enjoyable. Additionally, its location, just 10-15 minutes away from the stations, was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay, and the pool helped me relax after a long working day. I would highly recommend this hotel to my acquaintances and would love to visit again

The stay was good. Clean and comfy hotel in area. I had wonderful stay in charming hotel Royal orchid central grazia. I booked 2 rooms for me nd my friends. The service was excellent. Also the room design was ambitious. Also we get a upgraded room which was extremely appreciated. Special thanx to Front desk team for the service.

Good hotel rooms, good decor , good food,but worst room service and front desk management.i was there was 1 night because of my friends wedding in the evening,and i reached hotel from airport tried to ordered food no telephone was working they didnt give me room service number for 2 hours after check in and when i got angry they sent me the number after that after 9 no service again non of them picked up the call nor fromt desk nor room service it was better to stay in some oyo then here i would prefer!!!!Not coming back at all waste of money for sure!!!!

Great experience rooms was real good the staff from housekeeping and reception so prompt and quick response the plus point is they have pool and gym it was helpful to release the stress i would recommend this hotel to my knowns........ Definitely worth

I have been very regular with this Hotel,it was my 4th or 5th visit.Front desk always ensures that they keep my favourite room on the 5th floor.i e # 506.They also placed a fruit basket after my check in.My work space is also near this place .Rajeeb , Rohan & Mansi at the reception were great.
