Bad service food not good service is so bad Room was also not clean When I check in that time room smelling that is very bad we called reception for room freshner but hotel not provided that one Food is also not good and it’s bad in all services……kk

It's was an really great stay at royal orchid hotel the rooms are really nice i stayed for 2 days and it was worth the swimming pool and gym was very helpful to relax also staff from reception very cooperative and attentive help thank you will definitely come again

Horrible experience . Room Ac were not working. Hotel offered table fan since Ac was not working. Was not able to provide resolution till 1.30am . Finally changed the room. On top they charged 1150 for extra child as additional charges. Very shameless staff. Had to call for services for 10 times. Mosquitoes in the room. No hot water . No water pressure. Hotel is not maintained and nothing is working okay . Strongly avoid this place.

Many dusts in room, cannot stop runny nose Even booked taxi day before, no one takes care. I will not use the hotel anymore.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days and wow. Four stars, never in a million years. To be honest the worst hotel in a good 20 years and I normally only stay in 4 or 5 stars hotel within my frequent business and private travels. Here are a few points: - if you want a decent 4 star hotel, go down the street to the Four Points. Unfortunately it was booked out due to a concert. - I left the hotel on Monday morning at 8.30am and somebody was sleeping on a two seater couch in the hallway. - dirty dishes everywhere in the hallway from room service when I came back to to hotel in the middle of the night although always around 5 people nicely chatting at the reception instead of cleaning this mess up - dirty socks laying in the middle of the hallway - the aircon in my room looked so run down and was loud. I couldnt switch it off whatsoever. I was just waiting when it fell off the ceiling - every night endless mosquitos in the room but I couldnt find where they came in considering that you couldnt open any window. the hotel didnt provide any anti mosquito plug ins like the three star hotel next door for example. - one the the room wasnt done although I told them in the afternoon when I quickly dropped off my backpack. - the area around is full of overnight parked trucks and truck drivers and consequently a lot of street hookers. - hallways and room just run down Those are just the main points. So if you expect a four star standard do not chose this hotel.

Pathetic response and rude behaviour from Manager Mr Kunal. Such people shouldn't be in hospitality industry. Tried food and never found courage to taste again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone that too at such a whopping pricing. Raised concerns and got nothing but bad behaviour from manager.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. However, bedsheets had stains on them. Bath soap was tiny and hard as rock.

Worst hotel They will bill you for things which you haven’t utilised (like mini bar) Their food is worst They have a horrendous policy of no outside food Rooms are not worth 4* rating There is no hot water 24/7
