Yogyakarta en general pero en Royal Malioboro en especial, la atención de su personal con los huéspedes es excelente, cordial, cercana, personalizada, ninguna petición fue desastendida durante nuestra estadía, y si no era posible se daba una explicación razonable, eso se valora mucho cuando se viaja a un lugar culturalmente muy distinto de casa, el Hotel contaba con todas las comodidades que se anuncian, y el buffet al desayuno muy completo, con especial detalle en las opciones occidentales.

Quizás de los únicos detalles, el personal del front desk y en general debe mejorar su inglés, el Hotel con esta categoría debe capacitar a su personal para mejorar, puesto que era básico y suficiente pero se hace dificil cuando las peticiones son mas complejas, y en el baño de la habitación al menos en la que nos alojamos el aseo debe mejorar en las partes ocultas de los baños.

Conviniently in walking distance from train station, city center, Malioboro with so many choices of restaurant in vicinity. Stay two nights with family, enjoyed the vast breakfast and spacious and clean room. I do hope they equipped the room with coffee maker.

The hotel was very luxurious. The bed and shower great after a long flight. Loved the roof top bar & breakfast was amazing. So much choice. Staff gave us a cake for our honeymoon. Water dispenser in corridor a great idea.

Being next door to a noisy family who kept us awake all night.

Amazing location, spacious and clean room, very nice staff. Would definitely get back to this hotel.

You can hear sounds from mosque and some sounds from the train station. However, that was 3rd Indonesian town we visited and it was the most quiet hotel of all. There is no such thing as an absolute silence in centre of a busy city. For us it was not a problem.

Best hotel in Yogyakarta

Loved the location to the train station for ongoing travel and after arriving late at night we walked across the road. It was excellent:)

hotel nabízel velké pokoje. postele sice měkčí, ale i tak pohodlné. klid na spaní. velmi dobrá byla snídaně. vyzdvihnul bych i lokaci hotelu. střešní bazén. výhled velkým oknem na střechy města.

snídaně byla sice vynikající, ale stávalo se, že teplá jídla byla studená, což dojem pokazilo. také nemám rád, když nejsou v pokoji otevírací okna. klimatizace by mohla být tišší.
