Bellerose Inn

The thermostat was broken so the room was very cold. The TV clicker was broken and the TV had bad reception. My boyfriend tried to fix it and found the TV wasn't mounted to the wall properly. But the staff were nice and it was convenient to the UBS arena.

The hotel is very simple. Parking was available in the back and front desk guys were friendly. We didn’t see any breakfast available (probably due to covid)? Bed was ok and so was the heater. There was a small dresser with 3 drawers but no places to hang clothes. No hacks, wardrobes or anywhere where I could hang my suit or other clothes. Elevator was broken. The have ice and vending machines. For the price I expected more but I guess this is just an expensive region and lack of other options. The other hotel nearby seems to be similar in price and comfort.

Small rooms.

My wife and I stayed two nights, which with its ambience, was my max. The room is cozy. The bathroom was clean and the bed was clean and comfortable. But, other than the bathroom and bed, a room refurbish is long overdue. No breakfast was offered, but in these days of Covid you never can tell. Convenient parking in the rear.

Always a pleasant stay

Smallest room I ever stayed in. No clock, TV terrible, 1 bath towel for 2 people. no breakfast(due to covid?) no reduction in price. The automatic front door had to be manually opened.

Folks, understood that it is your cheap motel. However there are so many little things that can be done to make it pleasant. There was hair in my bathtub, and please, please simply change the shower heads. Maybe change 1 outlet to be a USB charging outlet. Rhere there are small improvements that can be made to make a difference.

No fridge, phone not working, beautiful room but small.

Well kept

Room was very clean, staff was nice. Love to stay here always.
