Malawians are hospitable people, so the staff were cheerful and helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. Food provided was excellent.

The hotel provided an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options available. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming both at check-in and check-out. When I needed to extend my stay by an extra day, I was delighted to be upgraded to a suite free of charge. The hotel's strategic location offered easy access to nearby services such as banks and other amenities, making it a convenient choice.

On the first night, the meal I ordered was disappointing. However, when I ordered the same dish on my next night, it exceeded my expectations and was quite good. Regrettably, the air conditioner was dripping, causing the carpet to become soggy.

The breakfast is really good, and what one has to emphasize on this hotel is the friendly staff. I think one of the best in Linlongwe.

The part of the hotel where I was , is one with a bad receiption of wifi signal, and bad internet connection therefore. I asked the reception to get it sorted out, and they gave me a box which allowed to have a good wifi connection. The management should put permanently this box in this part of the hotel.

For the price, I would expect a hotel to say that the gym and pool aren’t in working order before arrival so we could find another better suited place. Small details like only one bottle of water in the room and one robe, no amenities like hairdryer in the room. It’s a fine place to stop if you need to, but for the price I think you could certainly find better.
