"We showed up about midnight and left around 6:30ish. I could not sleep due to infestation."

The room's price.

First we are given a room the smells cigarette. I asked to change our room. Then, when we are settled in a different room we cant connect to the hotel's wifi and when I asked the front desk she doesnt know the reason. What?? I asked if I can speak with the manager, she told me to wait till she comes on here shift which is 11PM. Very dis!apointing!
