The location is always great. We’re close to family, stores and major roadways to get where we needed to go.

The key cards for the rooms never seem to work. I even kept it in my back pocket, away from all electronics and still stopped working the next day. It’s a bit annoying when you’re on the second or third floor and have to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. And even then it may not work.

Convince of location to where we needed to be

My room smelled really bad like someone had smoked in there. Then the cleaning crew sprayed sooo much to cover the smoke smell it was pretty bad. For the hotel being non smoking it sure smelled a lot like smoke - just walking down the hallway. The pool was pretty cold My bathroom had a dirty wash cloth left in the shower and also black curled hair in the shower - gross. The room over all felt dirty.

The room and bed size was good.

There was a smell of smoke in the room, and we found cigarette butter in the trash can. There was a living, crawling bug on the bed. The furniture had a layer of dust on it. The spout by the tub was dripping water continuously.

Location was ok. Staff was really nice

Room was bad. Windows had brown stuff on it. Screen on window was all bent up. Plus the window was not locked or closed all the way. Bathroom floor was sticky and couch had stains.
