The price was good, the staff were great. We’ve enjoyed staying there when visiting family.

Our rooms keys never worked. It was frustrating for both us and the front desk.

Breakfast was not great. Not terrible, but not good. Specifically the sausage links were terrible. With 2 of the 3 from our party being diabetic having a good protein option was important.

Biggest issue was the key cards didn't work well and had to be reset a couple times. Also we could only have 1 card due to a shortage. the one we had looked very old and worn out. I travelled a lot on my job and never experienced this before. Also, the blankets on the bed are pretty thin and there were no extra blankets available when we went to the desk.

Kimberly, manager, rude upon arrival. Nothing inviting about this place with her working here. 3 degrees outside and a snow storm. 1st room, heat never worked , only air. 2nd room, heat never worked and I took a video of the sound it was making. When we went to tell her bc its literally 3 degrees outside, she asked (manager Kimberly), did you guys use the restroom or the beds? My husband said we sat in the bed waiting for the heat to work and she said, well check the next room for heat before you sit down or use the bathroom because now we have two rooms we will have to clean. He recorded this conversation at this point. He said, what if the 3rd room doesn't work. She said, well that's up to you. I have photos from the 2nd and 3rd room. Do not stay here. This little girl has worked here for over a year (we and others complained about her more than rude attitude last year) and this hotel does not care. The whole second floor was inidated with Marijuana smoke although it says No Smoking hotel in the lobby. It is dirty and I could've gotten past that but I can't get past having to argue with a little girl because people can't do the bare minimum of their job and make guests feel welcome. Not to mention the elevator is not up to code, the outlets don't keep the cords tight and fall out leaving a gap, so I will be looking up the code enforcement department for this city as well. And the board of health because the microwave has enough filth to make someone sick.

The cleaning staff was pleasant.

The room had a foul odor, there were blood stains on the sheets, the beds were caving in from overuse and extremely painful. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. We came for the pool, and it was closed. We were loyalty members that were supposed to have free late check out, but they still charged full price. There was a police incident in front of the hotel. It was very cold out, but the heater in the room barely kicked past 69°F.
