"Unjustified."

The beds were comfortable and room clean and my check in receptionist was awesome.

Im actually pissed off at how we were treated regarding the breakfast bar. I'm handicapped and my son takes care of me. We got down to the bar at 9:05 and everything was put away. So my son asked the front desk receptionist if we could have a couple of bananas for breakfast and this Black lady rudely said No you're not getting anything it's done. We are white. It explains a lot about her. And this hotel.

"Other than the front desk situation our stay was wonderful as always."

We have been going to Microtel for 8 years. It’s like coming home.

The front desk young lady ( not the manager) was very rude and didn’t have front desk customer service skills. We were going to leave and find another motel because of her attitude, but we talked to the manager and she was very kind and we stayed the three day.
